Experience a calming soak with our antioxidant-rich Seaweed Soak from wildly harvested Fucus Serratus Seaweed from the West Coast of Ireland.
Submerge the cotton pouch in hot water in either a bath for bathing or a basin for a foot soak and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature to your liking. Lightly squeeze seaweed to help release minerals and nutrients. Relax in bath with seaweed for 15-30 minutes (5-10 minutes for children 12 & under). Drain after use and hang to dry ready for up to 4 uses within 7 days.
