If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@dontscratch.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent by error.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
